What is UV printing?

With UV printing technology, we can print almost anything and any material, as long as its size does not exceed the size of the printing machine's table.

It is a unique and modern printing technique that uses ultraviolet light to dry and harden the ink when it is printed on a substrate. UV printing can be used to print on any type of material - paper and cardboard, glass and ceramics, metal, plastic or leather.

This technique offers a number of advantages over traditional printing methods such as offset or digital printing. UV printing delivers high-quality prints with vivid colors and sharp details, making it ideal for printing images, graphics and logos on a variety of materials including paper, plastic, metal and glass.

UV printing uses a unique ink that contains photoinitiators. These photoinitiators react with UV light, causing a chemical reaction that instantly dries the ink. UV printing creates a more durable and long-lasting print that is resistant to fading and smudging.

We offer both direct UV printing and transfer printing services. It is possible to print on objects that fit into the area of ​​500x300mm, height 100mm. It is possible to print on curved shapes (cups, bottles). However, with a transfer printer, it is actually possible to transfer the print to an object of any shape and texture.

Prices

Prices vary depending on the order volume, print area, and number of colors.

The price for transfer stickers on an A3 size sheet is 45 EUR per sheet. The stickers are laminated and can be transferred to virtually any surface.

Price for direct printing on objects (approx. 10x10 cm area):

  • when ordering 1 pc. - 20 EUR/pc;
  • when ordering 5 pcs. - 12 EUR/pc;
  • when ordering 20 pcs. - 8 EUR/pc;
  • when ordering 50 pcs. - 5 EUR/pc;
  • when ordering 100 pcs. - 3.50 EUR/pc.

Prices are approximate (for reference only) and are calculated individually, taking into account the print area, color fill, surface and quantity. Prices are indicated without VAT.

Pens, pencils

Prices per 1 unit excluding VAT, depending on the order volume:

  • 1 piece - 5.00 EUR/piece;
  • 5 pieces - 3.50 EUR/piece;
  • 10 pieces - 1.50 EUR/piece;
  • 50 pieces - 1.50 EUR/piece;
  • 100 pcs. - 0.74 EUR/pc.

How to order?

Send a correctly prepared print file in 1:1 scale in .pdf or .jpg format to print@abcprint.lv. Also indicate the size, circulation, desired material (thickness, glossy/matte) and other details that are important for the execution of the order. We will send a price offer and order execution deadlines as soon as possible.

Deadlines and Express Orders

Standard order production time is 3-5 business days. However, if the order is urgent and all the necessary materials for its execution are in ABCprint's warehouse, with a 20% surcharge to the prices defined here, we can produce the order within 1-2 business days. Please specify the need for and availability of express service in advance.

Quality and Safety

We have a lot of experience (more than 15 years) and use high-quality technologies and equipment, so we can ensure high-quality execution of orders. However, for safety, before printing the order, we can also print samples, which will allow you to make sure that the colors match the final result. For orders over 200 EUR excluding VAT, we print a sample on request free of charge.

Pickup and delivery in Liepaja

In Liepāja, you can receive finished products from us at ABCprint, Graudu Street 43a. For orders over 50 EUR excluding VAT, we provide free delivery within Liepāja. For smaller orders, the delivery fee within Liepāja is 7 EUR excluding VAT.

Delivery outside Liepaja

Orders outside Liepāja will be sent by courier or to an Omniva parcel machine. Delivery fee according to the price list of the delivery company. For orders over 200 EUR excluding VAT, we provide free delivery in Latvia.
